Skischule Koch

Brand transformation for Obertauern’s oldest ski school, founded in 1946

For Skischule Koch in Obertauern, Austria, I developed a brand design that builds on its long heritage while addressing contemporary audiences. Through a collaborative brand workshop we defined a direction that informed a new visual identity including a new logo, mascot and color system. We analyzed which internal processes involving employees and customers could be digitalized. The brand was carried across ski school uniforms, an app for employees, signage and translated into a website with integrated booking functionality, simplifying the customer journey. To support long-term brand consistency, I provided a social media marketing toolkit alongside team training, enabling cohesive communication across all channels.
