In 2016, talentformation.com brought me on board to lead the visual redesign of Breuninger’s new e-commerce platform, rebuilt into verticals to support long-term growth. As part of the core team, I co-created the design system and defined the UX and UI across the entire platform. Working closely with the product development teams in each vertical, I ensured that strategic goals, technical requirements, and user needs were aligned from concept to execution. Together, we developed modular components, unified interaction principles, and a refinded visual language that translated the brand’s premium DNA into a seamless digital experience. Beyond delivering the product, we enabled the internal team with training and scalable frameworks, while fostering close collaboration between product and brand departments to ensure consistency at every touchpoint. The outcome was a cohesive, future-proof ecosystem built to grow with Breuninger’s omnichannel strategy.
